Training can sometimes be really hard, not just physically, it’s probably even more difficult on an emotional level – the drive to get in shape is a difficult thing to achieve, particularly if you lack a sense of purpose.
Take a lesson from ‘malte’.
Malte’s dream in life was dunking a basketball, but at 5′ 7″ (about 170 cm) he found that difficult.
Not letting his physical limitations hamper his dreams, he started working out, focusing on his leaping ability and within a few months, his dream became a reality.
So yeah, working out can be hard, but set yourself some goals and you’ll see that with just a little added desire – you can get them and so much more.
