Refrain From Licking: Home-Made Scrubs Recipes Are So Good You Will Not Resist Them

Scrubbing dead cells off your skin is a must, if you want to have clean and luminescent skin. And guess what? You do not even need to buy expensive scrubs to achieve good results. You can easily make scrubs from products found in your kitchen, if you follow these recipes.

Strawberry Scrub. Mix 2 or 3 strawberries with 1 table spoon of dry milk. Add into the mixture a couple of drops of essential oil made from daisy and clementine. This scrub is good for mature skin. Sugar-Salt Scrub. Take 1 table spoon of salt and sugar and mix them with sour cream or honey. this scrub ideally cleans dry skin. Rice Scrub. Take 1 tea spoon of rice and pulverize it in a blender. Then add 1 tea spoon of olive oil and 1 table spoon of oats. This scrub cleans well oily skin. Coffee Scrub. Mix together 1 table spoon of ground coffee
the same amount of sour cream. Use this scrub, if your skin is between normal and oily. Home-made scrubs are pleasant and are even so tasty that you might want to scrub your face daily. Do not do this, however. Dry skin should be scrubbed only once in two weeks. Scrub your skin once a week, if you have normal skin. The owners of oily skin should clean it with scrub twice a week.
